Getting to your suite.
Follow these four simple steps once you arrive at the Waikiki Banyan.
Go to Tower 1
Enter through the Tower 1 lobby.
Take the Elevator
Ride the elevator to Floor 33.
Turn Right
Exit the elevator and turn right.

Wake the Keypad
Touch anywhere on the keypad to wake the screen.
Enter Your Code
Enter the personalized access code we sent before your arrival.
Press the Checkmark
Press the ✓ button to unlock the door.
Welcome In
The deadbolt unlocks automatically. Enjoy your stay.
Good to Know
- Your access code becomes active at 4:00 PM on your arrival day.
- Your code expires automatically after checkout.
- To lock the door when leaving, close it firmly and press the Schlage button.
Parking
Complimentary parking is included.
Your stay includes one complimentary parking space. The garage entrance is located on Kuhio Ave.

Enter the Garage
Let the parking attendant know you're checking into Tower 1 rental unit and need to retrieve your parking pass.
Collect Your Parking Pass
Use the 15-minute loading area while you retrieve the parking pass and security key from the kitchen counter.
Park Your Vehicle
Display the parking pass on your rearview mirror and park in any unreserved parking stall.
Evening Garage Access
In the evening, use the security key to unlock the pedestrian door between the parking garage and the Tower 1 & 2 elevator lobbies.
Departure
Before You Head Home
A few quick things before checkout.
Check Out by 10:00 AM
Please depart by 10:00 AM unless a late checkout has been arranged in advance. Late checkout requests must be made at least 24 hours before departure and are subject to availability.
Leave the Pass & Key
Leave the parking pass and security key on the kitchen counter before departing.
Tidy the Kitchen
- Load used dishes, glasses, and silverware into the dishwasher.
- Add a detergent pod from beneath the sink and start the dishwasher.
- Dispose of kitchen garbage in the chute at the end of the hallway to your left.
Log Out of Streaming Apps
Sign out of personal accounts such as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, YouTube, or any other streaming services used during your stay.
Secure the Suite
- Close and lock all windows.
- Close and lock the balcony door.
- Lock the front door as you exit.
Check for Belongings
Take one final look through the suite for phones, chargers, wallets, passports, clothing, and anything left in the refrigerator.

Fire Safety
A fire extinguisher is located beneath the kitchen sink.
- Exit the suite and building immediately.
- Ensure everyone in your group is accounted for.
- Pull the hallway fire alarm.
- Call 911.
- Use the stairwells. Do not use the elevators.
- Do not re-enter until instructed by emergency personnel.
